Solution Lead for AI Governance Technology

Position Overview

Nemko Digital is looking for a Solution Lead for AI Governance Technology to help organizations operationalize trustworthy AI. You will advise clients on AI governance, data governance, and compliance platforms, and translate regulatory requirements into scalable business processes, controls, and workflows.

This role is ideal if you combine enterprise technology implementation experience with a strong understanding of AI governance, regulations, and risk management. You enjoy translating governance requirements into practical solutions that work in the real world.

The Role

Do you enjoy working at the intersection of AI, business transformation, compliance, and enterprise software?As a Solution Lead, you will help organizations establish and scale their AI governance capabilities through technology. You will advise on platform selection, lead implementation projects, design and implement governance workflows, and integrate AI governance into existing business, compliance, and development processes.You are comfortable discussing AI Act obligations with compliance teams, governance processes with business leaders, and technical architecture with implementation teams. Working closely with colleagues and clients, you will lead end-to-end engagements while helping shape Nemko Digital's growing AI Governance Technology practice.

What You'll Do

• Lead AI governance technology projects from discovery through implementation, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Advise clients on selecting AI governance and trust platforms based on business and regulatory requirements.
• Translate regulations and standards, including the EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, and GDPR, into operational workflows, controls, approval processes, inventories, and reporting structures.
• Configure and deploy AI governance platforms supporting AI inventories, risk assessments, compliance management, model governance, and evidence collection.
• Conduct AI governance tooling assessments and maturity reviews.
• Facilitate workshops with legal, compliance, risk, data, AI engineering, and executive stakeholders.•Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure solutions are both compliant and operationally effective.
• Develop implementation methodologies, templates, accelerators, and best practices.•Integrate governance tooling into existing compliance, security, privacy, development, and risk management processes.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, technology partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives.•Identify emerging client needs and help develop new service offerings.

What We're Looking For

You have 5-10 years of experience in enterprise technology implementation, governance, compliance technology, digital transformation, AI governance, or related consulting environments.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Project leadership: Proven experience leading enterprise software implementation or transformation projects from requirements definition through deployment, adoption, and business value realization.
• Governance and regulatory expertise: Strong understanding of AI governance, data governance, data privacy, AI risk management, and Responsible AI principles, with the ability to translate regulations such as the EU AI Act and GDPR into operational controls, processes, and governance workflows.
• Frameworks and standards: Familiarity with governance frameworks and standards such as ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 23894, NIST AI RMF, and DAMA-DMBOK.
• Technology implementation: Experience implementing AI governance, data governance, privacy, compliance, risk, or AI lifecycle management platforms and integrating them into existing business processes and technology environments.
• Business analysis and solution design: Strong requirements engineering, process mapping, and workflow design capabilities, with the ability to translate business, regulatory, and stakeholder needs into scalable solutions.
• Stakeholder management and communication: Experience working with executives, legal, compliance, risk, data, product, and engineering teams, supported by strong communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Commercial consulting mindset: Ability to understand client objectives, manage expectations, identify opportunities, and translate challenges into practical recommendations and measurable outcomes.
• Personal effectiveness: Entrepreneurial, hands-on, curious, and results-oriented, with excellent English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in international and multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Technology Experience

Experience with one or more AI governance, GRC, or compliance platforms is highly desirable. Examples include IBM watsonx.governance, OneTrust, Credo AI, Deeploy, Collibra AI Governance, or Microsoft Purview AI Governance. You quickly understand new technologies by focusing on the underlying governance, risk, and compliance concepts they support. You are able to translate business requirements into technical solutions, compare different approaches across technology stacks, and guide clients in selecting and implementing the right solution for their environment.

Education

Master's degree preferred in Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Security, or a related discipline. Candidates with a bachelor's degree and substantial relevant experience in consulting, AI governance, technology implementation, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

• DAMA CDMP, or comparable data management certifications
• Agile, SAFe certifications
