We're seeking a Sales Lead to drive our commercial engine, shape our go-to-market efforts, and work with global stakeholders to scale solutions that ensure AI is safe, fair, and trustworthy.
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), ideally based in Amsterdam, with a hybrid work setup.
Your Role
As Sales Lead, you will:
- Take full ownership of internal sales processes, tools, and automation
- Define and refine our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across strategic industries
- Initiate and guide client conversations with decision-makers across AI, data, legal, compliance, and innovation functions
- Collaborate closely with our AI Trust experts, marketers, and senior leadership to align on market needs and delivery strategy
- Drive and scale our commercial efforts across Europe and our strategic markets (United States, Far East Asia, and the Gulf region)
Your Core Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Build and manage a structured pipeline for consulting and AI compliance technology solutions
- Identify and prioritize opportunities in regulated and high-impact sectors
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs and regulatory challenges, bringing in AI experts as needed
- Implement scalable internal sales processes and track performance metrics
- Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and AI-enabled sales workflows to optimize outreach
Partnership and Alliance Management
- Manage strategic partnerships and alliances to support shared client accounts
- Identify co-selling opportunities and align with ecosystem stakeholders
- Support partner enablement and shared go-to-market activities
Marketing Alignment and Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with marketing to develop integrated campaigns, lead-generation strategies, and positioning
- Provide field insights to support persona development and campaign planning
- Co-develop presentations, proposals, and sales materials
- Support outreach and follow-up for events and webinars
Social and Digital Engagement
- Actively engage on LinkedIn and other platforms to increase brand visibility
- Promote thought leadership and strategic content to support lead generation
- Apply social selling techniques and monitor engagement performance
Account Research and Buyer Intelligence
- Conduct research on target accounts’ AI readiness, regulatory context, and procurement structures
- Map stakeholders across legal, risk, compliance, innovation, and data functions
- Maintain and update buyer profiles in CRM tools and tailor engagement strategies
Proposals & Commercial Offers
- Lead the development of tailored proposals and commercial offers for private and public sector clients
- Translate client needs into structured solutions with support from internal experts
- Ensure proposals comply with evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, ISO 42001, etc.)
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with professional, timely documentation
- Manage a library of reusable proposal assets including templates, pricing models, and case studies
- Monitor win/loss performance and continuously improve proposal quality and effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
- Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written); Dutch preferred
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in consulting or compliance
- Understanding of AI technologies, digital risk, or governance frameworks
- Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn
- Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, scale-up, or hybrid/remote environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (e.g., business, technology, or related fields)
