AI Standards Consultant​

Are you an expert in AI standards and regulations? Do you have a knack for translating complex legal frameworks into actionable business strategies and solutions that appeal to executives and practitioners alike?​

We're hiring an AI Trust Standards Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be a key driver in helping companies navigate the complex landscape of AI governance and compliance. You'll work directly with clients, turning their challenges into opportunities for growth and trust.​

Your responsibilities will include:​

• You'll analyze and interpret national and international regulations and standards related to AI, such as the EU AI Act, and frameworks like ISO 42001 and ISO 27001.​
• You will translate complex standards into clear, actionable advice and services for our clients.​
• You will be a trusted advisor to our clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs to create valuable service offerings.​
• You will identify market opportunities and turn insights into new service descriptions and value propositions, contributing to the continuous growth of our business.​
• You'll work closely with our technical consultants to ensure our service offerings are both compliant and technically sound.​

What We’re Looking For​

You are a proactive, driven professional with 3-7 years of experience in standards, compliance, or a related field. You have a deep understanding of AI concepts and a passion for helping organizations build and maintain trust in their technology.​

Key Requirements:​

• Standards expertise: Strong knowledge of AI governance and related standards, particularly ISO 42001 and ISO 27001.​
• Regulatory knowledge: Proven ability to read, interpret, and apply complex international and national regulations related to AI, machine learning, and trustworthy AI.​
• Business acumen: A talent for building strong customer relationships and transforming market insights into concrete business offerings that drive continuous growth.​
• AI fluency: Familiarity with AI terminology, trustworthy AI concepts, and an understanding of software development lifecycles.​
• Communication skills: Professional fluency in multiple languages, with English and Dutch as a must-have.​
• Mindset: An entrepreneurial, flexible, and results-oriented approach to your work. You are a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.​
• Commitment to quality: A strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, diligent work.​
