That is the reason we are looking for a new team member joining us as Global Business Development Manager at Nemko Digital.

About The Position

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to digital marketing, a passion for building global brands, and a track record of using advanced marketing tools and platforms.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in establishing and enhancing our brand globally. From managing marketing tools like HubSpot and Salesforce to optimizing digital campaigns and building online communities, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our marketing success. Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Marketing and Brand Building: 

  • Develop and Execute Strategy:. Define and implement strategic marketing initiatives that position our organization as a global leader in AI trust consultancy. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to constantly refine campaigns and objectives 
  • Community Building: Build and nurture digital communities, generating and monitoring engagement, and evolution (new followers, comments growth, etc). 
  • Driving traffic to website and different pages: Generate campaigns to drive traffic both to website, desktop app (AI Hub) and other pages leveraging SEO strategies to optimize our online presence and engagement and monitor data available (views per visit, unique visitors per month, bounce rate, SEO click-through rate, etc). 
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Strengthen relationships with ecosystem partners, including global technology and consulting firms, to enhance our market position and deliver value to our clients. 
  • Global Brand Development: Support the creation of a high-impact brand narrative that resonates with diverse stakeholders, from C-level executives to industry influencers.  

Operation and Optimization of Marketing Tools: 

  • Marketing Platforms: Operate and optimize tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRM systems to manage leads, analyse performance, and deliver actionable insights. 
  • AI Integration: Explore and integrate internal AI solutions to enhance marketing processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation. 

Hands-On Digital Marketing Execution: 

  • Campaign Realization: Design and execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertisements. 
  • Content Creation and management: Develop marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content, ensuring brand consistency and professional quality. Monitor Key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaigns meet performance benchmarks. 

Analytics and Performance Optimization: 

  • Customer Journey Insights: Analyse customer journeys, using segmentation and website analytics tools like Google Analytics or Tableau to enhance engagement and conversion rates.  
  • Customer Segmentation: Apply data-driven customer segmentation to create personalized marketing strategies and improve targeting. 
  • Marketing ROI: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, identifying opportunities for optimization and ensuring measurable success. 

Your Profile 

  • Experience: 4-6 years in digital marketing, preferably in consultancy, professional services, or tech-driven environments. 
  • Tools Expertise: Proficient in HubSpot, Salesforce, and CRM management, with experience optimizing websites and digital platforms. “Good to have” expertise in tools for content creation for social media, email marketing, or newsletters such as Canva, Photoshop or InDesign, Mailchimp, Miro, etc. Advantage if experience in back office of webinars coordination (gotowebinar, zoom webinar or similar). 
  • Community Building, SEO and SEM: Proven experience in digital community building and SEO (search engine optimization) strategies to enhance online visibility and engagement. Experience in SEM (search engine markeing) with PPC (pay per click) campaigns to maximize ROI is a plus. 
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting, demonstrating creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach. 
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with digital technologies like AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, or cloud technologies is an advantage. 
  • Ambition: Driven to take ownership, grow within the role, and contribute to building a global brand from the ground up. You like keeping up with latest trends, tools and technologies in digital marketing to maintain a competitive advantage.
